Job Responsibilities

A. Driving:

• Drive the vehicle for official travel, business, or as requested by the Representative.
• Maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external guests.
• Ensure punctuality and safe transport at all times.
• Observe road and traffic laws and regulations.
• Adhere to safe driving practices, including local driving codes and internal standards.
• Maintain daily logs and schedules.

B. Vehicle Safety Management:

• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and in proper working condition at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle is secured at all times.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks (oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.).
• Ensure timely and proper vehicle repairs.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality:

• Must be a Rwandan citizen.

2. Age Limit:

• Candidates must be between 25 and 45 years old.

3. Educational Background and Qualifications:

• Completion of at least 3 years of secondary school education.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a public or private organization with a clean driving record.
• Certificate in mechanics is advantageous.
• Certificates in First Aid, Basic Life Support, or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training are considered added advantages.
• Willingness and ability to undertake further EMT training if required.

4. Language Proficiency:

• Strong oral communication in Kinyarwanda and English.
• Proficiency in French is an added advantage.

5. Personal Attributes:

• Organized and mature personality.
• Demonstrated moral integrity and punctuality.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate flexibility in a team environment.

6. Additional Requirements:

• Valid criminal record certificate.
• Medical certificate confirming eye acuity and mental soundness.
• Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
